Second worst hospital ever. The Dr did nothing but make rude comments about my physical appearance. I was in a ton of pain and couldn't hear out of my right ear. They gave me a script without even telling me what was wrong and told me I could go. As far as I'm concerned the place needs shut down. I have had more then just a few bad experiences there.
Took my son to miners after going to a different hospital he went there because of a sharp pain in lower left side and groin area got told he had mono and enlarged spleen and sent us home the bad became unbearable so I decided to that him to miner where they went above and beyond from making the pain go down and then finding the reason for the pain and let me say he doesn't have mono would tell everyone to go to miners medical center
This past Sat wait was terrible. After we got to see the doctor she only took 5min to treat. Best doctor we have seen there in a long time. Forgot to stop by registration on way out for insurance purposes, called today was on hold for 45 min hung up called back girl not very friendly. They need friendlier people.
Went to get right side pain checked. Waited 2 hours as pain kept getting worse. Told receptionist pain is a lot of she just said were busy and will be another hour or so, so I went to another hospital and was diagnosis with appendicitis and had to have emergency surgery. Thank you Miners for almost killing me.
